When you order with us, you agree with our shipping policy which is part of our term of service(which you have to agree to in the checkout page).

Guaranteed Worldwide Shipping

We provide guaranteed worldwide shipping via EMS or DHL/FEDEX with track and trace. You will be given the tracking information which you can use for tracking the delivery online.

We also guarantee that our mirror image handbags reach you in perfect condition. We would replace and reship your order if it arrives damaged, or is lost during shipping.

Please note that all items would be dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Items would not dispatched out on Saturday and Sunday.

Important Update [February 2020] – Due to the Coronavirus situation and the lockdowns that the China government is enforcing, our manufacturing time will be longer and the carriers such as DHL/FEDEX and EMS would be slower. During the Coronavirus situation, DHL/FEDEX would take about 5-9 working days, and EMS would take about 21-40 working days for shipping(these are the expected delivery time that the carriers telling us). Please be understood that the shipping time is not under our control and the Coronavirus has affected all carriers. Please also be confirmed with your local carrier that your country is allowing packages to be delivered. As under the lockdown, some countries are not accepting packages – WE WOULD NOT LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED/LOST DUE TO YOUR COUNTRY’S LOCKDOWN.

Shipping Process

1) Once we have received your payment, it would take 12-72 hours to process your order.
2) After having processed your order, we would ship out your item and email you the tracking number to let you track your item .
3) It would take about 4-7 working days for delivery via DHL/FEDEX, and 7-10 working days via EMS.

Buyer’s Responsibility

1) To make sure your shipping details are correct, such as name, address and phone number. We do not take any responsibilities for the incorrect information. If you package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, we do not take any responsibilities for the package loss or return by the carrier. Please be noted that we cannot change shipping details once the package has been shipped.

2) If the tracking information shows your package was delivered and you have not received it, you have to contact your local carrier(EMS, DHL or FEDEX) to find out the issue. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered by the carrier. We do not refund for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

3) It is buyer’s responsibility to have someone to receive the package when it is delivered by the carrier to your shipping address.

4) If your local carrier tried to deliver the package to you but nobody to collect it, you have to contact the carrier and arrange with them to re-deliver the package.

     Please be noted we are not responsible for the return package that is nobody to collect the package.

5) If buyer’s country customs is requesting for tax payment and buyer does not want to pay for it which lead to the package returned or destroyed by customs, we are not responsible for it.

     Please be noted we are not responsible for return/loss/being destroyed packages by buyer’s country customs if buyer does not pay for the taxes.

Package seized by Customs

It might have chance the package gets seized by the customs but DON’T WORRY!! We are responsible for it to sending you a new replacement free of charge. The replacement would be processed once we get a confirmation from our carrier that the package was seized. There will be no refund for the package.
