Return & Refund Policy
We are very fair and reasonable with our clients, and we hope that our clients will also be fair and reasonable.
We only accept refund if the item is damaged during shipping, or not as described as listed.
Once we accept the refund, we will refund the amount you paid (minus the transfer charge incurred from the refund process) through our chosen refund method. We will refund you within 24 hours once we have received your refund details.
If the item comes with a box, and the box is damaged/dented upon your receiving it, we will not be responsible and accept any request for exchange/refund as the damage/dent on the box is out of our control.
We will not accept return/refund if you simply change your mind about your order.
We encourage you to consult our customer service to make sure you make the right choice before ordering a specific style or color.
Do you need to return something?
1) Buyer has 7 days to return an item when it is delivered.
2) When you send back the item, please use the original packing box to pack the item. Otherwise the item might be squashed. We will not be able to issue refund if the returned item is damaged, or we may have to send it back to you.
3) Do not remove any protective seal/sticker/plastic from the item. Item cannot be entitled for a refund if the protective seal/sticker/plastic has been removed.
4) We will be responsible for the return shipping charge if the item is defective. As we are not able to provide prepaid shipping label, you will have to pay the return shipping charge in advance. The shipping charge will be added to your payment amount and refunded to you after we have received the returned item. Please provide us with the shipping receipt so we can reimburse the shipping charge to you.
5) Buyer has the responsibility to make sure all the accessories of the item are included and the item is packed well to avoid being squashed.
6) Buyer should provide a tracking number when she/he send back the item.
7) All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.
8) The refund will only be made after we have received the returned item and the item is not damaged.
Reserved Rights Regarding Return/Refund
Amazingbags reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject return/refund from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing”
An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, missing items
Potnetial fraudulent or criminal activity
The buyer simply changes her/his mind does not want the item.
Similarly, Amazingbags reserves the right to refuse providing service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as stated above.
